What is the best way to find military records on my WW2 veteran grandfather and great uncle? Looking to make a shadow board for them. Thanks!

Depends where their records were stored. My fathers and mothers WWII records were lost on the Philadelphia fire. In fact, they kept the documents I sent in to prove my request. Got a “thank you”.
