Hi my husband honorably served in the United States Army for 13 years. He has been deceased for 10 years. My question is as the wife ( widow) of a veteran of the United States Military do I qualify for any benefits?

Mary Miller Mary, the post below has a response from COL Randall C. that covers available benefits that you may qualify for. Additionally:

An excerpt from the VA webpage "If you’re the surviving spouse, child, or parent of a service member who died in the line of duty, or the survivor of a Veteran who died from a service-related injury or illness, you may be able to get a tax-free monetary benefit called VA Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (VA DIC)."

Your best source is to contact the nearest Veteran's Services Official. Please make sure that it is someone who works for the government and not someone who wants to research your benefits for a fee. in my area they are typically located in the county administration building. Not all veteran's benefit "specialists for hire" are scammers, but some are.
