I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Baltimore VA for the professionalism, respect, compassion, and excellent care that has been rendered to me. Everyone with whom I have interacted, whether medical or staff, has been outstanding. I watched this building being built in the mid 1990’s while my sister was receiving treatment across the street at University of Maryland. Becoming a patient at VA Baltimore was the furthest thing in my mind when I joined. I salute all of you.
