During a lunch break there was a lady in army camo in front of me, didnt think much about it. She had the airborne screaming eagle patch, She was also about fifty pound over weight. There no army bases around me, Ft rucker over 100 miles and camp shelby 80 miles the other way. So my question is, is it common for an airborne to be so far from a base, or was this a fake, maybe a reserved?

Ditto what was said before. Stolen valor or *shudder* horrible example of a recruiter.

Probably just an ARNG recruiter or ARNG unit member from Fort Whiting NGC on S. Broad Street in Mobile.

Not really, a Soldier can be TDY almost anywhere and almost any time.
However, as pointed out previously, that 101st patch was probably on the right shoulder, signifying a previous deployment with that unit, and in her case probably over a decade ago.
The patch on the left shoulder (current unit) was likely one of the AL ARNG units at Whiting, or a recruiting patch.
