As an O3 on Division Staff, what were your experiences working as AMD Officer on Division Staff, lessons learned, what to expect, etc.?

The incumbent has been sent from Humphreys to Casey to work for the DCG-M in the DTAC. Casey sucks but I imagine it’s nice to be away from the flagpole. However, I imagine being on your own it’s difficult to get face time with your rater/senior rater for an honest eval.
