Army Rifle Qualification you go more than one time. Do you go with the highest score or the first?

I have always been told the first score is what is used for promotions but was never given a reference? Now that I am the one enforcing the regs correctly.

SGT (Join to see) It's based on the most recent qualification on file (within 24-months), not the first or highest. Which means, they (you) need to ensure their most recent record qualification is properly inputted so it counts.
That being said, it's an individual leadership ethics issue if you decide to use an older qualification record because it gives them a higher score than a more recent version that is lower. I wouldn't recommend making that compromise, because it will taint your integrity on later issues.
