It seems to me that Sprint should be cutting back on everyone's monthly billing if they are going to do this.

I am glad I am not a Sprint customer and have no desire to switch to Sprint :-)

Its only when you hit 23gb of data - the average user uses less than 3gb per month. this is getting blown way out of proportion.
