I am the manager of a page on S1Net, the mob/job vacancies page. If you receive the emails from Jerry Dillard you've probably seen it. In an effort to support all soldiers further I have a separate blog page linked to it that shows contact info and current incentives for reserve soldiers. Unfortunately I don't get arng incentive information and would like to add it. Anyone on here know where to get it if it's national or have ideas on how to promote those incentives if they are driven by each state?

There are both national and state incentives for members of the National Guard.

Also look at the National Guard almanac. It lists most of the state benefits of enlistment to that state

I don't know where to get them as a whole, but I do know that some states provide state tuition assistance as well as federal. Normally once federal tuition is exhausted, state tuition will kick in.

The ARMY National Guard & AIR FORCE Air National Guard. Both serve at the State & National Level. The State Guard our State Defense Force only serves at the State Level and cannot be used for Federal Service.

The National Guard like it says is a National Component of the Army & Air Force. There State level but they belong to the Armed Force's serveing under the Governor of State. The President of the United States can activate the Army National Guard & Air Force Air National Guard for Wartime Service. The State Guard is attached to the National Guard and stays at the State Level we cannot be called into Federal Service by the President of the United States. We strictly belong to the Governor of State and the States Military Department. With a Air Wing attached to the Air Force Air National Guard. There responsible for setting up communications, Data Relays , Collecting Weather Information, Satellite Images. The Maritime Regiment joint NAVY & MARINE Coponet fuctions similar to the Coast Guard Auxiliary. There responsible for lake patrols, border patrol , assisting local authorities with scuba diving recovery operations. The ARMY Component makes up the Medical Battalion. All Components serve 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks a year every 3rd weekend of the month.

NGB directs the SRIP and manages it throughout the FY. The policy and its subsequent changes can be found on the G1 website.

I would talk to the state Recruiting and Retention Command in your state first ( for ease) then try to connect with NGB (National Guard Buteau)
