Anyone going to the upcoming BOLC short course? Do we need the ASU for BOLC?

Sir, the packing list should lay out what you should be required to take. If the school has not sent one, they are failing you and i would reach out to them.

All NCOES at all levels (except MLC) and Officer Career Courses (BOLC & CCC) the ASU is required. Good luck to you...

When I was at the BOLC short course about 3 years it was required. If your experience is anything like mine, you won’t get orders and LOI until close to the ship date. Luckily, we had ample time to get alterations to our ASUs and pick up anything we were missing from the packing list at Clothing and Sales at Fort Sam during the first week of the course. So you should be able to get it all straight in time.
