Any suggestions on how to prepare for Air Force Total Force Officer Training (TFOT formerly known as OTS)?

Just do as you have done in other training experience. Listen well and do things as the leadership wants them done.

2d Lt Cinthia W., as an E-6, you probably have all the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to get through OTS. My only suggestion, in view of your AF enlisted training and education, is to keep in mind this is just another AF training course in most ways. Each event or class will have training objectives. Your performance or testing will be evaluated against achieving those objectives. In most situations, there will be your answer, the right answer, and the school-house answer. Sometimes they will all be the same, sometimes not. Remember, the school-house answer is the one the training staff is looking for, so give it. Finally, don't let them wear you down.
