Any advice in relation to PCS to Rhine ordnance barracks?

i am PCS'ing to ROB next year from fort Polk, to the soldiers stationed there right now- how do you like it? Is there a lot of stuff to do for single soldiers? What is the distance you can travel without a pass? Would you suggest getting a POV? How are the barracks?
