AKO Forms attached external files. Can you attach a PDF document to a DA31 in AKO Forms?

We have a leave cover sheet that the CDR wants attached to the DA31 in AKO forms. He says that it doesnt let you attach PDF files. He doesnt want it in Word format because it can be modified that way. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks.

You can convert the PDF file to an image file and attach it to the DA31 like any other image file.
Or upload the PDF file to a third-party file hosting service, copy the link to the file, and create a new field in the DA31 to paste the link in.
