AKO transitioned sometime ago but when it did many of its user friendly features seemed go out the window.
The branches bought into AKO and those DKO was created based on it's performance. However, when AKO was migrated over to Enterprise well.. the rest of DoD ditched DKO.
Recently I left the Army to join the National Guard but then Enterprise took over service on my civilian employer's network. Crash!
So I was checking my AKO account and its down. I have too call back later.
Enterprise... what about we get the Millienum Falcon or maybe a Death Star that can have the duel purpose of destroying ISIS.

MAJ (Join to see) I think it is pretty much the same. I do however wish that MILTECs would only have one email address and not .mil and a .civ. I know that they are supposed to only do one job at a time and it is supposed to help them keep them separate, but I have yet to meet a MILTEC who religiously checks their military email address. Fix that and you will have me saying that would be the best.
