I had a bladder cancer removed a couple of years ago [Seems to have solved the problem, thanks :-) ] Supposedly, you can apply for compensation under the guise of AO. Has anyone put in for compensation?

Additionally, you will need to prove that you served in an area in which Agent Orange was used. Just because you were in Vietnam, does not mean you are entitled to compensation.

If in fact he was in Viet Nam, he is considered exposed.

SP5 Peter Keane - I stand corrected, but the way he worded the question made it seem like he was going to try and scam the VA by claiming it is AO related. He used the word GUISE which definition is an external form, appearance, or manner of presentation, typically concealing the true nature of something.

Possible maybe. DD214 is the answer along with the records stored in St. Louis.

CPT Dennis Stevenson With your medical records and DD-214, contact a Veteran Service Officer with the VFW, VVA or DAV, for assistance with an Agent Orange claim. Good luck.
