After I contracted with ROTC last year, why was I suddenly dropped from MEDPROS? Should I be concerned?

I enlisted in the Army Reserve in 2016, and I was able to access my MEDPROS and request services via LHI. I contracted with ROTC last year, and I was suddenly dropped from MEDPROS. My LHI profile is intact, but I can't get any services because LHI has nothing to pull from in MEDPROS. What's the underlying issue, and should I be concerned in the first place?

CPT (Join to see) is correct, you have to be on any army network to access MEDPROS.
CSMM will not pull MEDPROS data for my SMPs but I can go in individually and view their MEDPROS records.
Your unit can create LHI vouchers for you in AVS, the Automated Voucher System. You window for scheduling appointments opens nine months after you last appointment. Once approved, they should show up on your LHI.care profile.

Don't stress just yet. LHI DOES have access to MEDPROS, but only for specific UIC's that they are contracted to manage. This could be as simple as your UIC alignment not being among those they have permissions for.
