After being out of the NG for almost a year, what advice do you have for choosing between going back into the NG, USAR or AD?

I want my second wind..I want to do my duty and travel the world like my recruiter said the first time lol I’m just fearful of not being able to keep up after being in the guard and then being ou for a year..I’m not old but..habits once created can be difficult to break.

I think the answer lies in this question- Where do you see yourself in five years? Whatever your answer is, go with the choice that best fits with it. Fear is natural but don't let it dictate your life because, when you do, regret becomes a close companion.

If I qualified I would join the army or National Guard.
