I don't understand the reason why any soldier would do this, but the media is reporting that a soldier (in uniform) smuggled individuals across the border.

Upon further review of the story, I have to wonder what happened to the 'undocumenteds'? No mention of any actions or pending charges for them.

wait, he was just bringing a new "battle buddy" into the army after all it's ok now

maybe he should be charged with not having a chauffeurs license. the federal goverment has been bringing them in thru gov contractors since January.
