I got a Co grade Art 15 for tossing a duffle bag on a truck. Nailed our napoleon complex knee high to a grasshopper buck sgt dead square in the chest. Had a few words before the incident. Well, had to visit with the CO with my platoon daddy. Top was standing in the corner trying not to laugh, platoon daddy was openly chuckling, CO had a smile on his face, I was worried. Best part was the 2days I got for extra duty. Buck was turning all kinds of colors he was so pissed. Great comments on a great Army story, but some of you need to get your panty knot out of your ass. I failed to mention no one liked this dude, didnt have to buy a beir for a month

I think it's a waste of time and money. They should have kept it on a platoon level punishment, counseling statement and some extra duty. Article 15 could effect his career down the road over a little stupid incident.

Smoke him . Make him do jump school again.
