Army SPC Matthew Tattersall, the Paratrooper who gained fame just last week for celebrating his final training jump by bringing his pet fish along with him and filming the experience on a Go-Pro camera, has now faced the wrath of the UCMJ for his stunt.

So I guess we are to feel sorry for him for blatant disregard of his training and discipline standards. After he knows everything about everything after 5 jumps.

This soldier’s stunt was a dangerous ill-disciplined act. He deserved the punishment he received. Was this a Summarized, Company or Field Grade Article 15?

Up until the mid-80’s NCO’s and CO’s could make corrective action for minor errors without UCMJ; then the Lawyers got involved.

Fucking legend... I’m of the belief that if it’s bad ass enough we should just let it go. That fish has more jumps than me though
