I'm have been informed that I will be attending the SAMC Board in November. I'm honored and privledge to have been nominated for the club. I was hoping all my fellow NCO's that have achieved this can assist me by Q&A.

How does your leaders book look? Let me know if you'd like one digitally - for you to tailor to your use. You gotta know your Soldiers, and be founded in doctrine while serving your Soldiers and your community.

CSM,
I would gladly take the digital copy/template tha you have. It can only make my leaders book that much stronger. How would this work; I'm currently an OC/T at NTC CSM, I don't have any subordinates at this time. I do know my peers and superiors very well. Should I prep as if the board is going to ask me questions about them or be more concerned with hypothetical situations with notional soldiers? CSM

You can find most of the mandatory preparation online. Most questions are scenario based so you will need to understand regulation and policy. Questions depend mostly on the Board members.

Understood MSG, I've attained quite a bit from online. I learn best by studying, being ask various questions, and teaching others what I have learned. I figured by other Q&Aing me the my present something that I haven't thought about or teach me something new.
