I thought I would share this. I know many service members are struggling with PTSD, getting the care they need, finding the right doctor or facility. Now they have other physical factors to consider beyond the effects of war and the battlefield.

Take care of each other, and reach out to any you know that is struggling. We are in some cases the only help they have.

I have PTSD with Depression up till 3 yrs ago I never went to anyone about anything . I ended up trying to do myself in the wife told me to get help or don't come home. Because of my love for my family I got help and are slowly getting to where I ain't walking on TNT. It might cause heart problems on the person who has it but it causes the same to their loved ones that are with them.
