It's been 63 days since the SFC board closed, a board that is normally convened at the beginning of each FY , but for some reason has now been moved to the middle/end of this year. Not only did we have to wait an additional 5 months to be boarded, but HRC is taking forever, and all we can get for a response to when the board results will be out is "SOON"! Who else is getting frustrated over this?

We have the same issue in the Marine Corps. Unless you know someone on the board, you have to wait. Then you get the oppertunity to wait for several months for your number to come up. Part of the game.

Just recall that the Army advances glacially and not at combat speed.
