I'm moving off post today. Im at benning though. Living on post isn't worth it. It's my first time and last time.

This is true! Especially on Benning where everyone is an instructor and they all think they are better than everyone else.

As previously said, depends on the neighborhood. Take my advice though, live off post. Balfour Beatty is probavly the worst real estate company out there. Theyd do anything to make a buck on soldiers than actually help them. And god forbid you need a work order, that takes forever. Unless youre an e7+ or an officer living in the modern up to date houses youll be livig in an 80s moldy appartment.
