With the goal to build knowledge/resilience/skills needed to reduce stress, increase happiness & excel in the transition, where do we start?

I think the idea of a mentor who can provides the resources and information you need for your specific transition would be ideal. I feel like there's a lot of information out there, but the information given is only applicable to a specific group of service members.

Each of these play a critical role into a successful transition. That is why things like local support organizations like the run I have the honor of helping to run and sites like RallyPoint are so critical. Here you can come and find that mentor or be the mentor for someone. You can learn some great life skills here by asking good questions. You can connect with people that can help you with finding employment and help you with your general health.
Again, all of these and then some play such a critical role for Veterans.
