No, but would have liked to. For every veteran I referred to Lebanon, I know of no one who is dissatisfied. I used to volunteer there with the Lancaster County Detachment of the Marine Corps League and miss the fun we had there.

I actually live 3 miles from Coatesville VAMC, and now work for the VA Maryland Health Care System... and I still go to Lebanon for ALL my care. that should tell anyone how much I love my care team and the Lebanon VAMC as a whole!

SPC (Join to see) - Wish you well with your career. Worked at C'ville and Perry Point, volunteered at Lebanon. Tried for years to get into Lebanon since we lived in Lancaster, I was midway between C'ville and Lebanon.

I wish I could be there! I am a patient at the Lebanon VAMC. I have nothing but good thing to say about that place, and the staff that have worked with me in the past 2 years. Of course there is issues, but in the overall VA book, Lebanon is one of the best out there. Count your stars that you get seen there, and not in the cattle herding places, like Philly or Baltimore.
Another reason why I wish I was there, is I was apart of the project that they are doing the ribbon cutting on- when I worked there in 2013-2014. It's pretty amazing, and puts in rural central PA, for Veterans, more state modernized equipment and a whole new surgical wing. IT'S BEAUTIFUL!! I wish I still had my pictures of when I helped installed some of the equipment...

SFC James Sczymanski - Okay, I just wanted to make sure this was something that was put out. I'm all for him talking to us and stuff but would caution anyone from posting anyone's private information unless asked to do so. The question, as 1stSgt (Join to see) stated is any of what he is hearing making results? Are Veterans using this time to address the major issues and not just their personal gripes with the system. I think if we as Veterans want to see major change within the VA that we need to voice our concerns over the major issues rather than just focusing on ourselves. Sure, having to wait weeks (or even months) for an appointment is crazy but rather than saying to him "Why haven't I been seen..." ask him why the system is such that causes Veterans to have to endure such long wait times. A lot of the issues we are facing a what I classify as top-to-bottom issues. Meaning that to truly fix the issues we are all talking about, it takes addressing the problem from the collective top rather than the individual bottom.

Sorry for the delay SGT, I was in my comp exam for the last 2 1/2 hours. He (Secretary Bob; as he demands to be addressed) posted his as well as General Hickey's. I clearly stated he wanted it widely distributed to Vet's, I would not have listed it otherwise.

I am not a certified VSO, that being said I am a member of every veteran organization around. I have been an advocate/activist for active duty and veterans since 2009. As such, and due to my contacts in Congress, DoD, and Media I am better informed than most as to the overall gameplan for upcoming changes. Yes, Secretary Bob has listened to tens of thousands of Veterans willing to share systemic failures and is extremely proactive in
