The 40th anniversary tour for KISS started 3 April 2014 for the entire summer across the nation. They are touring with Def Leppard as their backup band. The cost of the tickets with a military ID is HALF PRICE of the face value for a ticket in the same area. I was able to purchase tickets to show my kids my youth 4 days BEFORE tickets were on sale to the public. Just seeing if other folks are taking advantage of a great discount due to their patriotism and respect for those who serve! here is a good YouTube link for you to see how they packaged it for the military: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SCGdjWsjDyc

KISS always kicks ass. We were in elementary school way back when and my friends and I would beg our parents to go to a concert but the answer was always no, but we got to join the KISS Army. "Shout it Out Loud", "Rock and Roll All Night", DRC, ah the classics!!!

Well CW5 Sam R. Baker, parents being parents back then didn't really KNOW what KISS "allegedly" stood for so that was the compromise. :-)

I did as that was one of the only top 40 tunes from the past of their 40 year career that they kicked it real good. DL actually was a better musical concert with their arrangement, but the KISS show was top notch. The kids got to experience something I did a very long time ago without the smokey environment.

It is our responsibility to teach our children what good music is! I hope to be long dead before I ever hear someone refer to Jusin Bieber as Old School. I don't need that image or memory!

SFC Mark Merino SFC that is so true. Today kids don't know what music is. Today's music has no meaning at all. So it is up to us to teach them what real music is.

Better yet, the only band I know that can fill a stadium now besides Kiss and DL is One Direction, OMG, I just said that! Anyway, those days are most likely gone. I got great pics, enjoyed great music and the kids had a blast seeing all the circus type fans at such a concert.

Yes and it won't even load on my Iphone. Actually woke up this morning and tried again and it still won't work. It won't work on my Safari web browser either.

And yes DRC was excellent as was the other hits that were played, Duece was nice too. They did not leave the stage and requested to the audience to just hit the Encore straight forward so they didn't have to leave the stage.
