I'm looking for some insights to assist in AMEDD Lessons Learned.  I'm looking for units and medical personnel that have went to Africa to help the local population there.  I'm looking for what you were good at and what you were bad at from day one till redeployment.  The specific things you were asked to do while assisting that host nation.

I deployed to Africa for a year. I am a 68 Romeo veterinary food inspection NCO. Where I was located was Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Would my experience help?

Yeah, I'd love to hear the short falls that you might have noticed in the mission.

SFC Jolly, SFC Richard Collins did this, I am looking for his contact info and as soon as I find it, I will pass it to you. I believe he can assist.
