How does one with a master degree in psychology/behavioral health go about requesting an assignment as a BHO (behavioral health officer) any info is appreciated

PFC (Join to see) - BHO's are licensed clinical psychologists or LCSWs only, so you would have to pursue one of those paths through an accredited program to obtain your commission. If you are currently on active duty, look into the USUHS program for clinical psych.
