It also helps you understand what civilian skills and positions relate most to your MOS. It's a great addition to ONet for a Leader at your level to understand and use to help Soldiers preparing to ETS. You could also use Skillport to better prepare for such certification on your own time. That's points for SGT and below. Double dip.
