Donald Trump is predicting 20 years in prison for Hillary. Do you think she will serve any time?

SSgt Alex Robinson - If she does not get indicted, prosecuted and convicted, it will be a travesty. I think there is a great possibility she will actually be indicted. Do I think she would be convicted and sentenced to any prison time? Highly unlikely. Equal justice under the law is nonexistent in the Obama Administration.

If it really gets that far (it won't), she will surely receive a Presidential Pardon in order to prevent embarrassing details from coming out.
