Is thier a moment in your career when you thought, "This is why I joined the Army."
I know for me is was on combat patrols, and setting up security for blackhawk supply drops. In those moments I thought, when I joined the Army this is what I was expecting.

My second deployment, I met a little local girl, I saw her everyday while at an OP and one day she said to me, that she hopes to be like me one day. Even with all of the chaos around her this little 5 year old had hope because we were there. To see hope in a total stranger...that is when I had my This is why I joined moment.
