SFC Jo Ann Klawitter I have not (yet) received a letter from the VA regarding this form.

An excerpt from the VA website:
Use VA Form 10-10EZR if you already receive VA health care benefits, and you need to update your personal, insurance, financial, or military service history information.

I have been filling out that form for years when I finally asked the VA and they said they changed the rules. You’ll only have to fill it out every fifth year.

Good evening SFC Jo Ann Klawitter. Excellent post. Thank you for sharing this. I think that I may have filled out that form. But, I did go in for a check up in 2022 because I was exposed to a burn pit while I was in Afghanistan. I think its worth filling out if you were ever exposed to a burn pit. You may or not get rated if you have a condition.

Got one... got "service connected" in March 2024 after 13 years of trying. Rated "0"... but medical and commissary...filed "plursey" back in 2011-2014... but had multiple inoperatable star clusters of plural embolisms in my right lung in September - October 2023 and 3 heart attacks leading to 2 stints to open ip a 99% closure of my Right Coronary Artery.
