Pulling rank does not win an argument. It just ends it...but sometimes that's the only way the mission moves forward. What do you think? I heard this somewhere, and thought I would see what y'all thought about it. What are your comments?

I never have liked the term 'pulling rank.' We have a disagreement and I am the one responsible for the decision and this is my decision. 'My directions are' always sounded better than "my orders are." I served in a PC army and learned to play their games.
