All that’s being said is great, but the system needs to be enforced from the bottom to the top. I had an incident that actually resulted in an assault on a senior NCO (me). I pressed charges against the individual. However, the first sergeant and CO did not follow thru and nothing was done and no punishment was administered. Either the system works at all levels or doesn’t work at all. There’s no in between.
