CW4 (Join to see) - This has to be one of the best articles on leadership I have read in awhile. I have often told people that I formed my leadership style by taking the the good and bad from the different leaders I had.

SGT Ben Keen, thanks for responding. You are 100% correct. Effective leaders always take each event or action and figure out ways to learn from them. You take the good and the bad and decide what you can improve on or what mistakes you will not make because you have seen those same mistakes arleady being made.

CW4 (Join to see) - Exactly, which I think is a great point about RallyPoint. Here we can come together and help strengthen each other. Here, you can come as a CW3, see something that I as a SGT said and think that it might be a good tool in your book or visa versa. Through RallyPoint, the pool of leaders that we have to pull from exploded and I think the military will be better off because of it.

SGT Ben Keen Great point. I've never been ashamed of the fact that I can learn from NCO's and even junior enlisted Soldiers on many different occasions. I will be the first one to admit when I don't know or understand something.

They must not use power point in North Korea if they are huddling around a single monitor.

SSG (Join to see), thats a great observation. Maybe they installed Windows 10 and now everything is screwed up.

SSgt Alex Robinson, I agree. He rules through fear. North Korea will bever thrive and become a viable nation if they don't get him out of there and revamp their government.
