Now that classified material has been found on Hillary’s personal email server, should she be prosecuted? What would happen if you or I took this material home?

Hillary will probably get off with nothing or a slap on the wrist.

The four star got a fine

You and I or any other lower ranking person would see the inside of a jail cell.

It doesn't look like there's an option where no crime occurred. If the Intel agency that created the doc didn't properly label it, they committed a felony. If they properly labeled it, then whoever transferred it to an unclass system committed a felony. If the label was removed, whoever removed it committed a felony....and, if they removed it to give the SECSTATE plausible deniability as to its classification, then felony conspiracy charges are added. Finally, if the labels survived and remained attached when introduced to Clinton's network, then everyone who saw or accessed the document and failed to report the security violation can be charged with a felony. I see no way a crime did not occur.

Sgt Kelli Mays I used to work for a guy with a TS/SCI with a felony conviction. It is not a prohibitting factor in and of itself. The specific charge may however be.

Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS - it depends on the company and it depends on whether you know someone in the company...I used to be a branch manager of a recruitment and temp agency....98% of my clients would not hire anyone with a felony....Boeing....USAA....UTSA....some major law firms....Valero's oil and Gas....well not in their white collar environment, but I was able to get jobs in the oil fiends for some who served time.

Sgt Kelli Mays This was a Sgt (Promoted later to SSgt, possibly higher now) in the USMC. I have little doubt he would be able to get a job when he got out.

Yes, we have a stigma attached to felony convictions. We do, but it's just that, a stigma, not a whole lot of actual legal issues when it comes to employment.

Our society is supposed to acknowledge the "paid their debt" portion of that punishment.

Baloney. Handling photos from keyhole satellites and other classified sourced materials on non certified unsecured servers is a crime!

What good would it do....we tried to impeached her husband and that got us no-where.

Even if she is found at fault.....whats the end game....not like they are going to toss her in prison and the "educated" voters don't care they will vote for any minority that is put in front of them either out of guilt, stupidity, or blind allegiance.

MSgt Ronald Stacy, as I recall Bill Clinton was impeached, but refused to leave office.

He was acquitted in the Senate; 45 for conviction, 55 against for perjury, and 50-50 for obstruction of justice.

LTC (Join to see) - by the house not the senate....you need to be impeached by both.

And the votes were exactly along party lines. The Democrats had no integrity in weighing the evidence.
