The Arlington Police Department immediately released the name of the Officer involved and launched an investigation. Within one day they are saying from the evidence gathered that Officer Brad Miller acted with "poor judgement" and was immediately fired for this reason. So far I've not seen news of rioting in Arlington, TX over this shooting. In addition the victims family immediately released statements supportive of the Police department's action. Could the reason for this be the way the police handled this situation or is it yet to come?http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/arlington-police-officer-who-killed-christian-taylor-fired-n408131

Is this a non-issue because Texas has their act together and realize that the police will make mistakes but take care of their own? Or will the other shoe still drop?
