How long it normally takes?
How to get my NGB 22 quick?
Can I get it before my ETS?
I ETS of National Guard on December 2024 and need my NGB 22 and DD214 as quick as possible so I can reenlist on active duty.
E-4 / SPC
6 years of service.
No deployments.

I Don’t Know About ETS .
But Here Is A Suggestion If You Plan On Going Active Duty, It’s What I Did About 6 Months Out From ETS From The Guard.
Go See An Active Duty Recruiter ASAP With Their Assistance Do A DD-368 .
Mine Took About A Month, I Picked It Up On A Sunday With My Discharge Effective Monday, The Day I Reported To MEPs For In Processing Into Active Duty,Therefore I Had No Break In Service .
A Word Of Advice ! Start Getting In Great Physical Condition NOW !
Active Duty Is A Lot Easier If You Are In Great Physical Condition When You Get There.
Most Guard Units Don’t Push You To Be In The Best Physical Condition, Active Duty Units Do.

I have transferred from the Guard to the Regular Army. Another commenter said the best way to do this. You should try a conditional release. They can take a couple months sometimes. With that you would be released from the Guard when you report to the Regular Army with no breaks in service.

The NGB 22 is the National Guard's record of service which, like the DD 214, won't be issued until you actually separate from the National Guard.
Your AD recruiter knows this (should know this) and should have informed you when they stated you needed it.
As others have suggested, you should look in doing a conditional release now. Otherwise you'll have to wait until you separate from the Guard and enlist as a prior service recruit with active duty.
