I’m a 15R SSG and I received orders to Fort Eustis VA to be an instructor In JAN 2024. I submitted my Warrant packet for a 151A and was selected May 29th 2024. In preparation for my PCS to Fort Eustis I sold my house and getting ready to move to Eustis but I was picked up for Warrant. I haven’t received my orders for WOCS yet and my orders to Eustis are still active. I want to PCS to Eustis because my WOBC is at Fort Eustis for 6 months, also my family will be established there already. I told my chain of command and they are telling me that when I get my orders for WOCS that my orders to Fort Eustis will get canceled which I am tracking. But my report date to Eustis is AUG 10 2024 but I will start PCS leave/ house hunting leave Jun 30th 2024. So what should I do if I’m on leave and I get my orders to WOCS during my leave? I’ve also contacted my branch manager and he said I was fine to PCS but I know that it doesn’t work like that even though I want it to work like that.

According to HRC and USAREC, once you have been selected for the Warrant Officer program, the selection list is given to HRC. The HRC Accessions Program Manager will schedule your WOCS training and your WOBC. Approximately 30 to 60 days after you graduate from WOCS, your career manager will process an RFO for your follow-on assignment.
Based on their guidance, approximately 90 days after selection (around the end of August for you) you will be notified via email with your class date. The notification will also go to the Reassignments/Levy sections at your current duty station who will publish your orders.
Assuming nothing is changed (by you or others) and based on what you said and the guidance given for WOCS/WOBC, the sequence of events should be:
● You'll PCS to Eustis under your existing orders and report on 10 August to be an instructor.
● A few weeks later you will receive your OCS class assignment via email.
● JBLE Military Support Branch should be notified around the same time and will review your assignment. As your WOBC is at JBLE and your WOCS is five weeks long, they'll create TDY orders to Ft. Novosel for you (if you were elsewhere, you'd receive PCS orders to JBLE with TDY enroute for WOCS).
● You'll head out for your TDY and return to JBLE after graduation. How much "thumb twiddling" you'll do depends on when your WOBC starts.
If everything follows the timeline, then you'll have no issue aside from having whoever you're being assigned to pissed that a few weeks after you show up you'll be snatched from them, but will remain on their books until you're assigned to the 128th Aviation Brigade for your WOBC.
When you arrive you could always explain the situation and see what they want to do with you (i.e., slot you somewhere else while you're there, find a temporary assignment on post for you, etc.) instead of waiting for your orders to come as a surprise (at this point I assume you in no way want to see your existing orders canceled and remain at your current duty location until your WOCS class dates come in ~2 1/2 months).
If your WOCS class assignment comes before you inprocess at JBLE, it shouldn't affect your current PCS orders, but it's possible it would cause a 'glitch' if your old duty station doesn't catch that you've departed (should be in the system that you've gone to a new PDS) and creates TDY orders for you instead of forwarding them to JBLE.
I would advise you to contact the Warrant Officer Program* just to give them a head's up about your situation as they would be assign your WOBC class which would end up with PCS orders being generated.
With HRC's reorganization, the Warrant Officer Program (who handles WOCS, WOBC, and WOFT) is under the Officer Accessions Branch which is part of the Force Alignment and Development Division (FADD).
