Army is reviewing rules for maternity and paternity leave..Thought?

Regular maternity leave is 6 weeks and paternity leave is 10 days. Is this enough, or should the Army reflect other services and have a longer duration for leave when having a child?

The Navy just released it's policy a couple of days ago and Sailors are using it already.
