So, apparently Chesty's House is for sale. I had the opportunity to do the Chesty Puller 10k down here a last month. Beautiful area. Gorgeous House (from the outside).

My downstairs neighbor was in his RGT in Korea. Speaks highly of Chesty. Said he loved his men.

That's what my uncle said When he got the word that his little brother ( my dad ) was with him in Korea. He sent a letter to my dad telling him to listen and do everything Chesty tells him , to the letter , and that he won't worry about his kid brother , lol only worry my uncle said he had , was the fact my dad didn't listen to his mom very well. Lol
But my father made it home alive and in good order , unfortunately he was murdered in Newman ca. On sept 1st 1957

There father I'm told served with the 5th marines in France , me. Viet nam , my son is a gunny getting his master Sgt soon. With 2 in Iraq and 2 in Afghanistan as well as 18 months at the U.S. Embassy in ISLAMISBAD

1stSgt (Join to see) - That's actually part of the plan. We plan to renovate the house to include a Chesty memorial, an attractive promotion ceremony or wedding spot (the property is over 3 acres), and of course the house's new primary function, housing for vets in crisis.
