I am currently serving in the Army Reserves and my ETS date is approaching on April 30th. My PSG has told me that if I am not green on medpros then I can’t ETS and will have to drill past my ETS. I have done all I can do on my ETS packet. However the earliest I could schedule my QTC appointments is well past my ETS date. My question is do you have to be green on medpros to ETS from the army reserve? Can they hold me past my ETS date because of this ?

That's an easy one - no, they can't.
The only time you may be involuntarily held after your ETS is due to legal proceedings or if you're the subject of a stop loss program during a time of war (you're not).
Empty threat by your PSG. If you want regulatory guidance, it's in AR 635-200*, Chapter 1-27.
HOWEVER, just because they can't involuntarily extend your ETS doesn't mean they can't do other administration actions if you're not in compliance. Get your MEDPROS green (as much as possible) and avoid the hassles.

Your Platoon Sergeant needs to stop smoking crack. Are you coming to the end of your 6 year obligation? If so, then perhaps your Platoon Sergeant is thinking that you need to be Green IOT transfer to the IRR. Either way..... your Platoon Sergeant is wrong.

Yes I was active for 5 years then went to the reserves to finish my obligation. My ETS date in April will mark the end of my 8 year obligation

I'd just laugh and say "ok..." to the PSG. Then go about my business ETSing.
