I signed up for 4 yrs active duty in June 2021, and completed BOLC in Sept 2021. I am PCSing soon and am calculating how much active duty time I have left. If BOLC does count toward AD time, I will have appr. 8 months at my next station. If not, then a full year. I'm planning for family/reserve time after my AD time is complete. Thanks

Yes, it counts. Just like Basic Training and AIT for Enlisted. But, if you look on your ORB, and look for the BASD, that's your official start date of Active Duty.

1LT (Join to see), as MSG (Join to see) it's easy for you to calculate your initial Active Duty Service Obligation (ADSO) as you just add four years to your BASD.
One thing that you overlooked though is that you will incur a 1-year ADSO when you PCS (AR 350-100*, table 3-1). This isn't cumulative, and runs consecutively with your initial ADSO, however you will have four months remaining on your PCS-incurred ADSO when your four-year ADSO completes.
What this means is that you won't have 8 months at your next duty station, you will have 12 months after you arrive before your PCS-incurred ADSO expires.

BOLC counts, but if you PCS then you will have that full year for PCSing.
