If you sweat the height/weight or tape tests, no matter how hard you try to lose weight, what do you do? Would you consider liposuction to finish off the fat? Have you? Any feedback?

Wouldn't it be cheaper to change the tape they measure me with?  ;)

If I had a troop that had worked his butt off, had lost a ton of weight, and was in standards, and MAINTAINING, and was considering elective surgery to remove "excess" skin, I'd support that.

That said, I have a hard time saying I wouldn't support a troop who wasn't "trying." It's when they aren't trying, that's when we have a problem. You know the ones who are working on it, and the one's who aren't.

The guy who blows out a knee and blows up 20lbs in a month because you can't eat like that anymore, while you're on the mend, and that just spirals out of control. We know that guy. The guy who just never cared... we know that guy too.

Can't say that I would. Maybe I am just stuck in my ways, but I think diet and exercise would be a better option.
