Military correspondence courses and computer-based training provided through ATRRS Self-development or Army e-Learning (https://www.atrrs.army.mil). Soldiers will be granted promotion points based on 1 point per 5 hours of completed ACCP training - restricted to courses completed in their entirety. The Soldier must have record of full course completion and the total credit hours for the entire course will be divided by 5 to determine promotion points. No points will be awarded for sub-course completion. The goal is to finish, in its entirety, a formal course of instruction, at which time the Soldier will be granted promotion points.

It had been so long since I took any skillport but Google, "Army Skillport" and set up an account unless you have already. Do a search for, "Microsoft". Those are the ones I took. It take a few days to update your PPW and your ERB. Once you are not going up in points anymore on your PPW and ERB for Army ed credit hours you can stop unless you want to keep on going. I stopped as soon as I maxed it out.

I assume you are only talking about Army correspondence courses and not civilian correspondence education towards a degree?
