How can I get a copy of my lost 1059 from when I completed BLC?

I lost my 1059,I went to BLC in April 2018 so the school house doesn't have a copy and it not on iprem.any ideas on how to get a new one?

So I’m starting my warrant packet for a 151A and on the check list it has “submit all 1059s” so I go to my IPERMS and my ALC 1059 is not there. I call the school house in Fort Eustis and they said they don’t keep records longer than 2 years ( I finished ALC in 2019) I even contacted HRC at Fort Knox and they told me to get with my school house. I told them the situation and they stopped responding to me. The only evidence I have is on my SRB...

If you have a classmate that can vouch for you and maybe a class photo the school house may reproduce it. No promises though
