The U.S. intelligence community is bracing for the possibility that former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email account contains hundreds of revelations of classified information from spy agencies and is taking steps to contain any damage to national security, according to documents and interviews Thursday.

The top lawmakers on the House and Senate intelligence committee have been notified in recent days that the extent of classified information on Mrs. Clinton’s private email server was likely far more extensive than the four emails publicly acknowledged last week as containing some sensitive spy agency secrets.

A U.S. official directly familiar with the notification, who spoke only on the condition of anonymity, said the notification of possibly hundreds of additional emails with classified secrets came from the State Department Freedom of Information Act office to the Office of Inspector General for the Director of National Intelligence.

GySgt Wayne A. Ekblad - It is obvious that the main stream media, which is really no more than an arm of the Obama Administration / Democrat Party, will continue to downplay this story to the extent possible to protect Hillary Clinton. If this had been a Republican, it would be front page news every day and criminal proceedings would already be started by the DOJ.

GySgt Wayne A. Ekblad - It is too bad that they don't apply the same standard they did with GEN Petreaus' "crime". Hillary's is much worse than what Petreaus did. Part of the reason they went after Petraeus like they did was to ensure he was derailed from any aspirations to run for President. Now they are doing all they can to ensure Hillary is not derailed by this.

COL Jean (John) F. B. When I was in AL Kut Iraq I sat in a brief that Gen Petreaus was there for. I spoke with one of his aids afterwards. He had nothing but great things to say about the General. Some of the things I found out from him were; He slept only slept about 3 to 4 hours a day, he has more degrees than most college professors, and he had political aspirations. The guy wowed me. He was a icon for sure. I would have voted for him.

for some reason it appears that everyone is scared of the Clinton's.  The big question is why?  Could they be the modern day Mobster?  There always was a lot of contraversey surrounding them when Uncle Bill was the governor of Arkansas.  Strange things were brought up and dropped then also.  It makes people wonder. The State Department feels its doing its due justice by release emails at the end of every month through January yet how will the American people really know that these are true and noteworthy emails from her private server?  Whose to say that items haven't already been deleted and are long gone.  Where is this server now?  Is it still in the custody of the Clinton's?  A lot of questions still need to be asked and then investigated.  Is Congress going to back down on this investigation as they have with everything else?
