SSG(P) (Join to see), I think your question is a bit off target. There isn't a "list" of Soldiers that will be integrated each month that is released. There is a PROCESS for Soldiers to be automatically given enough points to meet the cut-off if they've been on the Promotion Recommendation Roster (PRR) and meet certain TIS/TIG timelines - that process is Mandatory List Integration (MLI).
So, short answer: As long as everything is still good, if you meet the MLI criteria by the 26th of the month, then you'll be promoted in ~34 days or so (the 1st of the 'month after next').
Longer answer - HQDA does the PRR integration automatically for those eligible for promotion to SSG who meet the TIS/TIG requirements (82 months TIS and 22 months TIG) as long as they still meet all the eligibility criteria (side note for all: MLI for SGT has been rescinded by HRC).
If you're looking for the timelines that MLI would follow, then it's the standard process laid out in AR 600-8-19*:
● Everything in IPPS-A must say you're fully eligible for promotion by the 26th of the month the Soldier meets the TIS/TIG requirements.
● HRC determines the by-name promotion decisions as of 0200 EST on the 2nd of the following month.
● HRC publishes on the HRC website the by-name promotion list on the 20th of the month (unless the 20th is on a weekend or something screwy happens) effective the 1st of the following month.
If the criteria is NOT met (e.g., DLC level 2 for MILED, no passing record fitness test, etc.) then the Soldier won't be integrated onto the PRR until they meet the eligibility.
BTW - one additional note. The reason you sometimes see a difference in TIG/TIS dates (sometimes you see "82 TIS and 22 TIG" and other places you see "84 TIS and 24 TIG" is because one set of dates is referring to the TIG/TIS used by HRC for integration and the other TIG/TIS is referring to the month you pin-on (i.e., if you meet the "-2" TIG/TIS criteria you'll be integrated so that you get promoted in the TIG/TIS month).
