How do I locate a student or Army Drill Sergeant from 40 years ago?

I attended the Army's Common Basic Electronics Training (COBET) School in Spring 1976 at Fort Jackson, SC. There was a Drill Sergeant Carracci assigned to our barracks. I am trying to locate her or fellow soldiers that attended COBET during the Spring of 1976.

My address while assigned to Fort Jackson was:
Company "C", 14th Battalion, 4th A.I.T. Brigade, Fort Jackson, SC 29207

Trying to find that sort of information is hard. I been working for a few years trying to dig up information for a family member that served back in the late 60s early 70s and been hitting a lot of road blocks.
