Commissioned through AMEDD but never got college loans repaid for as expected. What would you do?

Her loans were never paid, is there anyone out there that can help us with this? We've even reached out to the Reserve Command IG and they really haven't responded with any urgency or focus what so ever. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

sorry top, i'v never had any experience with that ( to be honest i'd never even heard of it). i does bother me though that your friend is getting the short end of the stick. i dont suppose she tried the open door policy with CSM Luther Thomas or Lt. Gen Jeffrey W. Talley? i know the Command Sgt. Major is on Rallypoint.

Is she on active duty? If she is, I'd look up her AMEDD recruiter and see if they have any idea what happened. She also needs to look at her paperwork to ensure that the Loan Repayment was written in her commissioning paperwork.
